RIVAL STEEL Warranty Policy

RIVAL STEEL Fitness offers the following warranty ("Warranty") for all gym equipment sold by RIVAL STEEL Fitness. This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover damages, defects, or malfunctions resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper installation of the equipment.
  • Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for assembly, maintenance, and use.
  • Modification or alteration of the equipment without RIVAL STEEL Fitness’ prior approval.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or scratches.
  • Acts of nature, accidents, or external causes.

Warranty Claims

In the event that a customer discovers a defect covered by this Warranty during the specified warranty period, the customer must promptly notify RIVAL STEEL Fitness Customer Service department at support@rivalsteelfitness.com. RIVAL STEEL Fitness will then assess the nature of the defect and, if deemed necessary, arrange for repair, replacement, or refund according to the terms of this Warranty.

Warranty Terms

If a covered defect is confirmed, RIVAL STEEL Fitness will, at its discretion, either repair the defective part or replace the entire unit with an equivalent or upgraded product.  In cases where repair or replacement is not feasible, RIVAL STEEL Fitness may offer a refund equivalent to the purchase price of the equipment.

Warranty Transferability

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the gym equipment from RIVAL STEEL Fitness.

Limitation of Liability

RIVAL STEEL Fitness’ liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund options stated in Warranty Terms.  RIVAL STEEL Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the gym equipment.

Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@rivalsteelfitness.com.  The customer must provide proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt, along with a description of the defect.  RIVAL STEEL Fitness may request photographic evidence or other documentation to assess the claim.
