The RIVAL adjustable bench features ten adjustable bench pad positions, incline to flat, upgraded thick grip, and non-slip padding. The commercial-grade steel frame is built to withstand the toughest workouts. Three Adjustable seat pad positions have been added for max comfort and support. A Floating pull handle was also added for easy maneuvering around your home gym.
In addition, all RIVAL benches are custom-designed and built to fit within any RIVAL power rack!

Easily the best bench and rack I’ve ever used!!!
